Order Processing
All orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner, InterSend, based in England. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Shipping Timeframes
Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within:
2–4 business days (UK mainland and Northern Ireland)
Please note: delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
Standard shipping applies to all orders unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international shipping, but stay tuned as we expand.
Age Verification
As we sell alcohol, you must be 18 or older to place an order. You may be asked to provide proof of age upon delivery.
Orders placed by or for individuals under 18 for alcohol products will be cancelled.
Delivery Issues or Delays

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, we’ll work with our Fulfilment partner and the courier to resolve the issue. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
