When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Orders are only confirmed when we accept and process them. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Orders must be for personal use only and not for resale.
Alcohol Sales: By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your location). We reserve the right to refuse fulfilment where we believe this condition is not met. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
Dispatch
Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for fulfilment.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices shown include applicable VAT (if charged) and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorise us to charge the full amount, including taxes and shipping.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only. Once handed over to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs, or unforeseen events.
Deliveries may require age verification upon receipt. Orders may be refused if suitable identification cannot be provided where requested.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our product (alcohol), returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
